Celebrate Your Gifts

Recommended Service Organizations

There are many ways you can fulfill God’s Ground rules to share yourself, your love, compassion, understanding, talents, time and finances. We’ve listed some of these below.  Also see:  Sharing your Gift

For those who have more time than money to share, we suggest you contact your local community service clubs (from Big Brothers and Sisters to the Girl Scouts; from the Lions to the Optimists), and your local volunteer center. Many churches also sponsor worthy causes that could use your help (feeding and literacy programs; outreaches to the sick and elderly; services for pregnant single girls and women, etc.)

If you lack time, but have been blessed with the ability to make a financial donation, we’ve selected a few charities of which we have first hand knowledge. They can effectively serve as a "physical extension" of your love and compassion, as your donations enable them to "serve" in your place.
